1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing and downloading photos from Island Guard Photography, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Purchase and Payment
All photo purchases must be completed through our secure online payment system.
Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods.
Prices for photo downloads are subject to change without notice.
3. Photo Delivery
Upon successful payment, a download link for the purchased photos will be provided.
Download links are typically sent within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions
Purchased photos are for personal use only.
You may print and share the photos on social media, provided you give credit to Island Guard Photography.
Commercial use of the photos requires additional licensing and is not permitted without explicit permission from Island Guard Photography.
You may not alter, sell, or redistribute the photos in any form.
5. Photo Quality
All photos are provided as high-resolution JPEG files.
Island Guard Photography ensures the quality of all images before delivery. However, we are not responsible for variations in color or quality that may occur during the printing process by third-party services.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
7. Liability
Island Guard Photography is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our photos.
We are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during the downloading process.
